Yes. Proxy Navigator is fully free for shareholders. The app is sponsored by the Free Enterprise Project of the National Center for Public Policy Research.
Proxy Navigator covers the 175 companies the Free Enterprise Project has issued voting recommendations for, with recommendations going back to the 2023 proxy season. New recommendations appear at the top of the Recommendations screen as FEP publishes them.
Proxy Navigator tells you how FEP recommends voting. The vote itself is cast on iconik, a separate proxy-voting platform: tap Vote your shares on a recommendation to open it. In iconik you can vote each proxy yourself, or set your account to vote future proxies in line with FEP's recommendations. Proxy Navigator does not store your votes or brokerage details.
From two independent organizations: the 1792 Exchange (a corporate bias rating shown as High, Medium or Low Risk) and the Viewpoint Diversity Score Business Index (a score from 0 to 100). Each rating links to the full report. The voting recommendations themselves are FEP's own analysis.
No. The recommendations are guidance. Your vote is always your own.
