Proxy Navigator is a project of the Free Enterprise Project of the National Center for Public Policy Research, built to give center-right investors the tools they need to combat woke "Capitalism."
For too long, proxy season has been dominated by activist resolutions and opaque advisory firms pushing one-sided agendas. Proxy Navigator changes that by giving every shareholder, from retail investor to institution, a clear, research-backed guide to vote their values and maximize their investments.
The app is sponsored by the Free Enterprise Project (FEP), the corporate advocacy arm of the National Center for Public Policy Research. FEP has been pushing back on corporate wokeness in shareholder meetings since 2007.

We believe corporations exist to deliver value to shareholders, not to advance political agendas with their investors' money.
Companies should respect free expression and viewpoint diversity, the values the marketplace of ideas depends on. Independent ratings on each profile show how they measure up.
Every recommendation explains the reasoning behind each vote, and every rating links to the organization's full report, so you can check our work.
FEP writes every recommendation in Proxy Navigator. The bias and risk ratings on each company profile come from independent organizations, and voting runs through iconik.
FEP is the corporate advocacy arm of the National Center for Public Policy Research, with nearly two decades of shareholder activism behind it.
Alliance Defending Freedom's benchmarking tool, which measures corporate respect for religious and ideological diversity. Shown in the app as a score from 0 to 100.
Research-driven analysis of corporate engagement with cancel culture and politicized policies. Shown in the app as a High, Medium or Low Risk rating.
The umbrella nonprofit behind FEP, Able Americans, the Environment and Enterprise Institute and Project 21.
Voting happens on iconik, a separate proxy-voting platform. Recommendations link to it with one tap, and iconik can be set to vote your future proxies in line with FEP's recommendations.
